We thought about the best possible solution that satisfies all parties, preserves everyone’s rights, speeds up the solution of the problem of transferring cash to the customer of the online store, and ensures that cash is received from the customer of the last mile. Here’s how:- 1. You received the shipments before 10 am and recorded them in our system as received shipments – it is preferable to receive the shipments in the morning so that the cash is transferred before receiving on the same day -.
- 2. We will send an email with the total amount that will be transferred to your account (the online store customer) with an explanation of the expected success rate for this shipment. Based on the success rate, we will calculate the amount and transfer it to your account, and if there are any differences, it will be calculated at the end of the month, whether it is an increase or a decrease.

Example: If we receive from the customer of the online store 10 shipments with a value of 1000 riyals, and we calculated the success rate as 70%, then we will transfer to the store owner the amount of 700 riyals minus 2% service fees, which will be 14 riyals, which means the customer will receive on the same day the amount of 686 riyals .
- II. The success rate will be calculated based on the last month, and in the event that the customer is new, a low success rate (40% – 50%) will be calculated and it can be adjusted according to the operations and data that we will collect about the customers of the online store.
